Molly Hoskins

Owner/Broker

I began my career in the real estate and housing industry in the year of 1996, when I began working at Fairbanks Title Agency in Fairbanks, Alaska. There, I learned about title insurance and all documents that were necessary for closing in real estate. During my time working there, I was also a notary public.

After working in a corporate position for 9 years, I earned my Real Estate License and chose to leave the company to work selling real estate with EXIT Real Estate. I also made myself available for consulting in property management and PIH-REAC multi-family inspections for HUD, opening Compass Property Specialists, LLC. After four years, I was able to obtain my Brokers license and opened my own Real Estate and Property Management Company. I have been blessed with the opportunity to expand into public speaking, consulting and educational areas of multi-family inspections and management.

With over 25 years in the housing industry in various forms, my certifications include: Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist Masters (COSM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), as well as yearly certifications in RD inspection, fair housing, Real Estate Broker through LREC and most recently PIH-REAC certification

I'm Paul Hilliard, a dedicated Carpenter and Maintenance Specialist, born in Pittsboro, North Carolina, and now living in Rosepine, Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience in the construction field, I bring a strong foundation of craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail to every project I take on.

Since becoming a part of the community of Rosepine in 2005, I've built a reputation for professionalism and a strong work ethic that continues to guide my career today. My background includes a wide range of skills in carpentry, building maintenance, repairs, and project management.

I take pride in producing high-quality results that meet both functional needs and aesthetic goals. Known for being professional, task-driven, and dependable, I approach every job with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to excellence, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Melissa Higginbotham here. I'm the newest member of the Compass family. I'm from SWLA & love all the Louisiana outdoors has to offer, hiking, plants and gardening.

As the new employee I can't wait to meet each of you! I would love to help you in any way I can. I'm here to optimize office procedures.
